Treating chronic arthritic pain by means of gold implantation
Because of the outstanding success of gold implantation on dogs, in 1996 Dr. Hans-Kryger Kjerkegaard started with gold implantation on humans. As early as 2005 he presented his first accomplishments at the International Medical Symposium of Acupuncture (ICMART) in Prague:
“A 48-year old man was my first patient. He had a severe case of arthritis in one knee, which had been caused by injuries from playing soccer. His symptoms were aches, pains and swellings after any exertion. Shortly after the gold implantation these symptoms disappeared. Presently, now 8 years later, this knee is problem free, and he is even able to play badminton and soccer without any bad after effects. Since 1996, I have dealt with approximately 5,500 cases. About 50 percent of the patients suffer from lumbar disc degeneration, 33 percent have arthritic knees, and the remainder consists of those who have arthritic hips, cervical disc degeneration or arthritic problems in other body parts.“
Over the years he has observed positive results in two-thirds of all patients treated with gold implantation, veterinary surgeons even speak about 80% of positive results.
